What to do... What to do?

COVID is making a stay at home. But that doesn’t mean there’s nothing to do at home, you can get closer with family members, learn something new every day, or even give yourself a challenge.

I have taken it upon myself to memorize the whole periodic table. With my love for chemistry growing, I feel like it’s something to do that makes sense for my interests, as well as it gives me something to do to pass the time.

Besides chemistry, I have also been getting more physical activity than ever. Going for long bike rides or walks. During spring break I even went skiing! By doing these things not only do I get to spend more time with my dad and dog (as well as other family members),but it makes my body healthier and stronger.

So if you’re bored and looking for something to do, and your parents are sick of you looking at screens all day: set yourself some challenges, something that you might enjoy that you’re committed to.

Look on the bright side of things, the pandemic might look bad at first glance, but everything that might look bad there is always a silver lining. You just might have to make an effort to look for them.
